Some guys were heckling every guy that did karaoke and calling them “gay” and other derogatory terms. I told the DJ and he immediately invited them to leave/had them leave. They left and the next man that sang got to do so in peace. I appreciate that Eastside took my complaint seriously and that they asked the rude men to leave. Thank you!
It's fun to order lager and listen to others sing using karaoke.
It has the decor of a dive bar (lots of posters), because that's pretty much what it is. But dive bars can be fun, and this one schedules good bands and fun events. I wouldn't order a martini from here, but grab a beer and catch a band or two.

I came here from out of town and got there super late for karaoke, but the KJ's, Jay and Danielle(?), were phenomenal and they were nice enough to get my song in! The crowd had such an amazing energy, they were dancing and cheering to every song. I had a wonderful experience here, and if I'm ever back in Columbia, I'll be coming here again. Highly recommend!!!
Comedy night was awesome. Best time I've had in a long time. Really friendly crowd and great drink specials. Definitely a great place to go meet some new people and make some great new memories. I will definitely be going back soon!
